Crime, corruption, leadership and what police department's can do to start recruiting the best candidates for the job. Chuck shares stories of his time in uniform and the time the KKK came to Louisville to protest. Lastly, with the help of his fellow retired law enforcement officer's, Chuck shares the story of Louisville's first black female police officer, Bertha Whedbee, in 1922 and how the law enforcement community came together to honor her.
