After being dragged down the interstate at high speeds by a suspect's vehicle, Officer Nathan Daley suffered horrific injuries that lead to him being medically retired from law enforcement in 2021. Although retired from the profession of policing, Nathan's love for the job and passion to connect with the community is still on duty. In the wake of his injuries and unexpected retirement, Nathan started the The Blue Phoenix Initiative to help injured police officers who suffer from emotional and financial distress. Nathan and Dex discuss topics such as police reform, the history, division and miscommunication between the black community and the police, and Nathan's struggles after his injury and recovery. Nathan address many of the problems impacting policing and the community, but he also provides the listeners with sensible and reasonable solutions without bias.

Dex is called to the scene to keep the peace and has a run-in with a former friend turned anti-police who is not happy with him. The new buzz word being tossed around by the left to create fear and division is "replacement theory". Vice News is the first news media outlet to admit that Breonna Taylor was holding drug money at her apartment. Lastly, Dex shares his thoughts on the recently released Vice News story accusing the Louisville Metro Police Department of heinous acts and crimes.

The Kentucky Derby is officially over, and you know that the summer is right around the corner when every other call for service is in reference to crazy, naked, homeless people strolling around downtown. The summer of dong has come early to Louisville and Dex has an unfortunate front row seat to the show. Even the police are pulling out their dongs and putting them on display in San Jose, California. Cryptocurrency and the economy continues it's downward spiral and Dex starts to lose faith in America due to Lowe's and Home Depot.
